My question is about peoples Stance.
What kind of stance do you adopt, 100/0 or 50/50 weight distribution? and why?

All the best

Hi Mystic, welcome to the Forum!

Concerning Stances and Weight distribution, I'm an advocate of both methods.

As with general Walking, Running and Standing you balance according to your enviroment and the forces being put upon you within that enviroment. ie Am I being Pushed? Am I being Pulled? Is my opponant in close range? Is my opponant out of range?

To me all this dictates where my weight is positioned not just in the legs either, but also where it is position in my feet aswel, ie the Heel, the Centre of the foot, or even the Ball of the foot.

My eviroment constantly changes, so have to change with that enviroment!
