Unfamiliar with this interpretation, but perhaps someone can shed some light on the thinking behind some of the movements.

Well this form is not really only about SLT but 2nd and a bit of 3rd as well combined into one form. It appears alot of Qi Gong is going on in the form.Alot of energy in th elbows and in the sholder you can see among other things.I think this form is like a personal expression of the system.

I've seen this dude on utube before, he is so very fluid.
I couldnt find it on utube but I've seen footage of his 2nd and 3rd form too, also very fluid.
