For me it has to be the SNT Form.
Teaches you everything you need to get good at VT, and without SNT as your foundations the rest just isnt worth thinking about!!

hello there,
first post, i work at a martial arts school in concord california and we have a wing tsun program there.

the siu nim tao is extremely important and would be hard to train the rest of the system without it. in our training we see it as an overview of the rest of the system. chum kiu is also fundamental and important.

i particularly like the biu tze form, i find it very fluid and aggressive.
